An introduction to workplace investigations - Getting it right is so important.

There are many reasons for holding an internal investigation in the workplace and making sure they are dealt with fairly and consistently is essential. A properly conducted investigation allows an employer to fully consider the matter and then make an informed decision on it.

Description

This workshop will provide delegates with guidance through the process, advice on key techniques, procedures and checklists to enable them to undertake workplace investigations with confidence in a fair and un-biased manner.

This will cover:
  • What an investigation is
  • When an investigation may be required
  • The role of an investigating officer
  • How to conduct an investigation
  • How to create an investigation report.
