Aims of the session are to: Look at how performance management is linked to the school/academy improvement cycle
- Roles and responsibilities of each of the parties involved i.e. the panel, the external advisor
- Review the meeting itself including target setting and how to monitor progress throughout the year
- Look at how to communicate back to the board
