Introduction

The Ethnic Minority Achievement & Traveller Education Service team members have specialist training and work with schools, children, young people, families and communities to enable good communication and to support a range of work.

More Details

Our purchasing options include:

  • Half day (3 hours of support from an EAL Support Adviser)
  • Whole day (6 hours of support from an EAL Support Adviser)
  • Five full consecutive days support from an EAL Support Adviser
  • Half a day per week (for three weeks) of support from an EAL Support Adviser
  • Half a day per week (for six weeks) of support from an EAL Support Adviser
  • Half a day per week (for twelve weeks) of support from an EAL Support Adviser
  • A Review of school EAL provision by an EAL Advisory Teacher with a written report and feedback meeting – one day/6 hours
  • A Review of school EAL provision by an EAL Advisory Teacher with a written report and feedback meeting – two days/12 hours
  • Half a day (3 hours) of support from an EAL Advisory Teacher
  • One day (6 hours) of support from an EAL Advisory Teacher
  • Tailored One: One Literacy/grammar support for Post 16 student/s, three hours of EAL Support Adviser support
  • Tailored One: One Literacy/grammar support for Post 16 student/s
  • Regular weekly 3 hour block for 4 weeks of EAL Support Adviser support
  • Joint Pupil/Parent Beginners English lessons package – tailored to the needs of your School/federation/cluster partnership
