The purpose of this course is to enable practitioners to recognise children’s behaviour as communication and respond differently to children’s messages as a means of managing their behaviour.
The Role of the Early Years SENCO
This two day course focuses on sharing quality, inclusive practice set within the delivery of the EYFS framework and the SEN Code of Practice, whilst following the Early Support Principles. It will also provide opportunities for participants to focus on areas of development within their own setting.
Schools Inclusive Communication - STC: Universal Module
This newly revised Universal Module will be a 5 hour course but will be split into two sessions of 2.5 hours. There is a practical task which participants are asked to complete between the two sessions. Completing a practical task between sessions is integral to each module.
